AI / GIS / PRACTICE

GeoAgent NYC

Natural-language spatial intelligence for early-stage urban project screening.

In development

The question

Can AI make defensible GIS evidence easier for planners and practitioners to access?

Approach

An emerging AI + GIS concept that interprets project descriptions, retrieves relevant public planning information, runs defined geospatial screening procedures, and organizes the findings into a transparent review-readiness summary. It is not an approval system or a substitute for professional environmental review.

Why it matters

The goal is to bridge spatial evidence and practical decision-making, making complex urban challenges easier to investigate and act upon.

This page describes a capstone-associated initiative or emerging tool concept. It does not imply a deployed product, validated intervention, or completed service.
